Free Delivery on all UK orders

We're ever-so-generous here at Harrow & Green, and to prove this we're giving you free "Standard" delivery on all orders delivered in the UK. The free delivery will automatically be shown on the checkout page, so just sit back and enjoy the saving!

Dispatch Timescales

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible and also ensure that our delivery charges are fair and reasonable. 

Standard Delivery

If you ordered using the "Standard" delivery option (you'll find all delivery options on the Checkout page), we'll dispatch your order within four working days of it being placed (and usually much quicker).

Express Delivery (when available)

If you ordered using the "Express" delivery option we'll put your order to the top of the pile and will dispatch it within two working days of it being placed.

Delivery Timescales - United Kingdom

**** CHRISTMAS UPDATE ****

The Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays in its postal services, so please add 3-4 to the timescales described below.

Please note that if ordering after 18th December you must select the Express delivery option for a chance for your order to be delivered before Christmas.

Standard Delivery

If you select the "Standard" delivery option we'll post your order using the Royal Mail 48 service, so your parcel will usually arrive within two working days after we've dispatched it. However, please be aware that we're at the mercy of the Royal Mail, so delivery can take up to five working days (although this is very unusual). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

Express Delivery (when available)

If you select the "Express" delivery option we'll post your order using Royal Mail First Class post, so your parcel should arrive the next working day after we've dispatched it - this is a good option if you've ordered a bit late and timescales are tight. Again, we're at the mercy of the Royal Mail so there is a chance delivery may be delayed.

Delivery Timescales - European Union

You have two options to choose from:

  • Standard Untracked: we send this using the Royal Mail First Class International post which quotes a delivery timescale of 7-10 days. Please note there is no tracking using this option.

  • Express Courier: we used one of our courier partners (UPS, TNT or DPD) and the delivery is tracked. Timescales are around 3-5 days.

Delivery Timescales - Rest of the World

You have two options to choose from:

  • Standard Untracked: we send this using the Royal Mail First Class International post which quotes a delivery timescale of 10-14 days. Please note there is no tracking using this option.

  • Express Courier: we used Royal Mail First Class Tracked International. Timescales are around 7-10 days.

Delivery Charges
